What are the delivery charges, do I have to pay for it separately?

Products are being sold at all-inclusive price. GST, making charges and delivery charges are already included in the product price. You do not have to pay separately for delivery charges.

What payment options are available for making purchase?

Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet banking and UPI can be used for payment.

Cash on delivery option is available?

No. Cash on delivery option is not available for payment.

What is the upper limit on cart value?

At a time you can only purchase item(s) of upto Rs. 70000 only.

You can go to product page and enter your PIN Code to check the availability of delivery at your location.

How I can check my Order status?

After placing your order, you can check the order status under Order History section after login into your account. You will also receive email for your order at different stages like Order Confirmation, Order dispatched, Order delivered etc.

Can I cancel my order?

No, the order cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Do I need to show any Identity Proof while delivery?

Yes, you have to show Government issued Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Election Card, Passport, Driving License only) while taking delivery.
